  • View Personal Details: Employee can access their contact details and all the information as fed by the HR on their employee self-service portal.
  • Update Personal details which are allowed by Administrator: Employee can update the personal data. The user can configure which fields employee can update through ESS.
  • Missing Attendance Entries: Employee can enter the attendance if not imported through excel or attendance machine.
  • HRIS Employee Self Service: Employee can enter a request for leave for different leave types. Leave request will go through the pre-defined approval process as per the organisation’s policies.
  • Leave Balances & Request History: Employee can check to leave history and leave balances available.
  • Training Request: Employee can request for possible training.
  • Training Feedback form: After attending the training employee can fill the feedback form to record his evaluation of the training program.
  • Evaluation Form: Employee can either fill the self-evaluation form or can fill the evaluation form of subordinates for the performance evaluation.
  • Performance Reviews: Employee can view its Performance history and also can see the performance history of the aides.
  • Visa, Police Check, Passport : Identification: HR and employee can enter details related to Visa, Police Check, Passport etc. and can also upload these documents.
  • Individual employee VEVO Checks send reminders to staff and manager if documents are about to expire
